General guidelines for sun protection 🙂‍↔️🫰🏼

You can always check the UV index on your phone 📱 or smartwatch ⌚.

UV index 0 - no sunscreen required

UV index 1-2 - doesn't necessarily require SPF for sunburn, but it's good for age management. Keep in mind that in winter snow reflection almost doubled the UV. It's also good to get into the habit of applying 👏🏼

UV index above 2 - put on your sunscreen ‼️

UV index above 11 - avoid the sun. Sunburn is not your only concern, heatstroke is!!! If possible just stay in the shade 🦺⛑️
