The final stretch for the year. I have 501 miles left to ride on my bicycle this year. My goal is 5000 miles and I will hit my target 🎯 i love setting long-term goals and hitting them 😊 I had lost a total of 30 pounds at one point, but felt weaker, so I put back on 5 - 10. The excuse I am using is the holidays are here! Let’s get a head start and set new goals for 2021 - body, soul, and mind in balance.
