😂😂 this was D’Aire after I DID HIS FACIAL LAST NIGHT!! So mad I didn’t get an after picture, because that boy face was on glow!!

His face was so shiny!! Lol have you gotten your teen a facial? we have a special facial tailored to teen skin!

Do you have a long nightly routine before bed? Lol I definitely have my few steps, but I try to keep it cute!

It’s truly been an uphill battle when it comes to hiring!! Being able to work with my love ones has been truly a dream of mine & I’ve executed that dream. But not without hardships. Working with people you care for isn’t FOR THE WEAK! But it’s still very rewarding seeing ppl who mean so much to me grow with me.

I’ve learned that it doesn’t necessarily matter if you hire family or strangers, you just have to truly have your goals where they need to be in order thrive. Make the choice of who’s better for the job based on skill, not love. If my cousin will do a better job than o girl from around the way, then I’m hiring my cousin. But if o girl shows up better than hey, bye bye cousin! It’s not personal, ITS BUSINESS!! Period!!

Ive had family DIP ON ME & Strangers, it’s all apart of the game. Had to let ppl I love go, shoot it is what it is. No hard feelings over here. I’m still solid with everyone I’ve hired, if they still with me or not! I appreciate all y’all! 🫶🏾

🚨🚨 IT’S TIME TO TRAIN in OAKLAND🚨🚨

So despite everything going on in my world, my Receptionist/assistant/ little cousin is GETTING HER ESTHETICIAN LICENSE!! 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾

I’m so proud of her, y’all have no idea. She was always my Guinea pig while I was in esthetics school. 🥹 so this is truly a full circle moment for me.

Jamie started working for at the top of the year & she has truly been doing an amazing job. She’s currently still in school& so she will train under me as an apprentice in Oakland!!
