I submitted this 30 sec video this morning for a hospital requesting a soundbath for Nurses Week. I love sharing soundbaths in schools and hospitals where I can share the benefits of sound supported meditation to honor their hard working teams with some much needed nervous system rest. I have another private gig the same day and I would love to do both but I’ll be considered along with some other practitioners, so I leave it up to the higher powers. Honoring the completion of Reiki II with two beautiful souls who have chosen to deepen their path.

Stepping from self-healing into sharing their gifts with other, learning how to protect, clear, and trust their own energy with the ability to offer distance reiki therapy and also build a practice, if they feel called.

Their intentions were sincere, rooted in their true expressions and passion for healing not just for others, but for their own continued growth.

This work asks for presence. Not perfection, but presence. A willingness to keep showing up, to listen inward, and to evolve.

I’m so proud of the space they’ve created within themselves to hold others.

Just for today, Monica and Julie, may you trust your path and share your light in the way only you can.

Who out there feels wiped out…
like you’ve been holding everything for way too long?

If no one has told you lately, you deserve rest.
True rest. The kind that softens your body and lets your spirit breathe again.

We’re gathering for something really special this April. A gentle flower blessing, an ancestral soundbath, and a cozy potluck to be in community. A space to land, to receive, and to remember you’re not alone.

Spring came in fast this year, and I still want to savor its blossoming. This offering is meant to feel like a tall glass of water. A place where you can renew your energy, be held, and simply exist as you are.

Come as you are. Pay what you can.
If you feel called, that’s enough.

This night is also a celebration.

My time in my office is coming to an end. But endings mean new beginnings. As I keep moving forward on this journey of mine, I find it important to honor what fuels and nourishes you. To honor the pace at which you grow. Nobody’s flower blooms at the same speed and in quite the same special ways.

My transition is not a rush. It’s a beautiful unfolding. I’ll be here in Old Town officially til 4/21. Please reach out to book with me for 15% off or more with a review. We close out the final week of February with an event or booking every day. Thank you for these opportunities to share my love of sound healing with my friends and community. I truly hope you can join us! There are a few special events that I’m soo excited about as well as my weekly class offerings at Rise Mindful Healing and Kin Unified Healing.

Tomorrow night, we have Floating on the Ganges: a Sitar Soundbath with the talented & myself. if you haven’t gotten your ticket yet, there are many sliding scale options as well as a 2 for 1 ticket available as well. Reflecting and receiving the sounds of the sitar are such a transporting experience. Your mind, body and soul feels like it’s experiencing profound peace and beauty. Don’t miss out!

We’re opening a new monthly soundbath series at , created to build a steady rhythm of grounding and community care for Pasadena and our surrounding neighborhoods.

Our first gathering is The Breakthrough: A Monthly Ancestral Soundbath, guided by Adele Choh Zin & Monique Moore . This experience invites deep rest and gentle release through layered sound honoring our cultural sound healing lineages and the support of those who came before us. 🌬️
