🔮You are still being affected by the past. Your mind has too many memories. It’s like a computer memory that has run out of storage. Some of you may need to delete some files that have been stored deep within your subconscious, negative memories that do not serve your highest good anymore. You have may have learned the lessons but you have not cleared the pain associated with those memories.

Journaling can help you cleanse. Talking with a therapist or someone you trust can also help.
Another way is to clear while you are in the astral, either in waking life or as you sleep. You can ask for help before you go to bed, or before you start your meditations. Some of you may already be doing this in your dreams without having asked.

Shadow work is hard and takes longer than we think. Do not get discouraged. You ARE healing and things will get better.
