Loyola tournament at Loyola High School… and man, what an experience.

First event with Grayson’s new school and it did not disappoint.
Great course. Great people. Great energy.

Now here’s the reality…
Back went out Monday.
Lingering cough from the DC trip wrecked me Friday morning.

And somehow… I still got out there Thursday 😅

Can barely walk now… but I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

Because this is what it’s about:
Showing up no matter what.
Meeting the other dads.
Connecting with alumni.
Being part of something bigger than just the game.

Jeff just hit a PR.

Steak used to be mine… now I’m competing with my kid for protein 😤🥩

As a dad… you don’t really realize how fast it shifts.
One day you’re cooking for yourself…

Next thing you know…
you’re fueling a growing athlete 💪🏾🔥

And trust me—protein needs go THROUGH THE ROOF.

That’s why I don’t mess around with it.
Quality food. Cooked right. Consistent.

This steak? Sous vide → sear → perfection 👌🏾

But here’s the real talk…

As a certified nutritionist, I’ll tell you this straight—
most busy parents are UNDER eating protein…

while trying to lose weight, keep energy up, and show up for their kids.

That’s backwards.

You don’t rise to the level of your goals…
you fall to the level of your habits.
