I get it. Life’s hectic. Work, kids, errands, social life—it feels like there’s no time to breathe, let alone work out.

But here’s the truth:

Waiting for life to “calm down” is why most people stay stuck.
Because it never really does, does it?

The busiest seasons are actually the best time to build consistency.
