So I wanted to let you all know that I offer personal accountability coaching. 💪🏽

What this includes is a keto weight loss program, as well as unlimited text check ins with me. I would calculate your macros for you, specific to your body weight. Then we would meet via zoom / FaceTime and I would email you about 30 pages of information about keto, grocery lists, tips & tricks, etc. Basically, how to do keto successfully, lose weight, and keep it off. 💃

We would go through each page together and I would give you an opportunity to stop and ask questions whenever you need to. Then, after we meet you would be able to text me any time with questions or even just to get some extra support and guidance. This is an all inclusive ONE TIME FEE of $150.

This goes without saying, but most accountability coaches charge far more, with far less personal experience and information. 🤷🏽‍♀️ More details in the website below ⬇️

✨ 3 day detox juice cleanse ✨
For Christmas I was given a juicer, which is great timing because the holidays was a damn free for all. I went off my eating plan for 11 days 😟😩 I enjoyed myself nonetheless, however this holiday bloat gotta go 👋🏼

Hey there!

So as you know, I’ve done meal prep in the past. I’m going to have a week off from work and I thought it would be nice to offer meal prep for a short time. The pricing is $120 for 10 meals. (5 lunches and 5 dinners) All meals are made from scratch, ketogenic, and macros are calculated for you. The meals will be split into two orders: once on Sunday evening in which you will receive the lunch and dinner for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Then again on Wednesday evening where you will receive lunch and dinner for Thursday and Friday. Meals need to be picked up from me in Altadena.
