Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with countless young people, and it’s always been a joy. There’s something deeply fulfilling about guiding kids toward healthier lives, not just for the here and now, but with a vision for the long term. As a certified youth fitness specialist through the International Youth Conditioning Association, I’ve had the honor of helping shape the lives of young athletes—and that’s a responsibility I take to heart.True athletic growth isn’t about instant results; it’s about consistent, dedicated work. I’ve trained these two incredible young women since they were just nine years old. From their first kids’ races and Spartan competitions, to qualifying for the Kids World Championships, and ultimately winning CIF tennis championships for their school—they’ve grown in ways I’m proud to have witnessed. Now, they’re both in college, stronger and more resilient than ever, and I couldn’t be prouder. These two are a testament to what long-term athletic development really looks like. It’s about nurturing growth, celebrating progress, and showing them the power of persistence. They embody everything I believe in as a coach, and watching them evolve into the incredible young women they are today has been the greatest reward of all. • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • •
