🤬Welcome to my NO BS FRIDAY RANT 🤬
You know it, but you keep fighting it.
The scale won’t budge.
Your energy tanks by afternoon.
You’re frustrated because you 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 you should be further along.
I get it.
I was right there too—crushing workouts but clueless about what I was actually eating.
Putting in hard workouts and then using that as an excuse to eat whatever felt good, hoping it wouldn’t undo all the effort.
Spoiler: it did.
Here’s the cold, hard truth: you can’t outrun a bad diet.
Mastering the basics—tracking what you eat, prioritizing protein, and staying properly hydrated—is the game-changer most people overlook.
If you don’t know what’s in your food, how do you expect to fuel your body to win?
Once I stopped winging it and started tracking my food, everything shifted.
Workouts felt easier, recovery improved, and my body composition finally began to change.
Stop relying on the gym to fix what you’re eating the remaining 23 hours of the day.
Master the basics of nutrition first.
Track your food so you know if you are eating more than you are burning.
Plan meals that prioritize protein first, and build around that protein source.
Hydrate like your performance depends on it—because it does.
