2025 has truly been a year of release, growth, and deep transformation. We are profoundly grateful to each and every one of you who trusted us with your healing—mind, body, and spirit.

Whether through hands-on healing with massage therapy, energy work, or by gathering and connecting with others during events, circles, and sacred experiences at I AM WHY Studio, it has been an honor to walk alongside you on your journey.

In honor of our own bodies and spirits, we will be taking some extra time off from hands-on massage and will resume sessions on January 6. This time is being lovingly used to rest, restore, and heal from within—so we can return grounded, replenished, and ready to welcome in 2026.
