I have been working out and researching the best eating plans for quite a while. I signed up with a gym on New Year's Day 2013 because I wanted to try spin. I LOVE spin and then I also got referred to work with a personal trainer, which I also loved. That gym closed, but then I started boxing and barre, which I also love. I have researched many of the eating programs that are out there in the mark

et place. A lot of them were cut this item out COMPLETELY or only eat this and that. I have learned that you cannot DIET...you have to change your eating habits and then nothing is off limits as long as you eat in moderation and balance your eating. I started the Beachbody program in an addition to the important things that I've already learned, utilized and have been successful with. Hopefully, I can help others work on their best selves also.

This is one of my favorite sayings. Sometimes we may feel that when someone else has success, we are doing it all wrong and we may get sad or jealous. We must remember that someone else, or someone’s small business success, doesn’t mean we’re a failure. We need to lift each other as much as we can. This from nature mala is direct from the Pawleys Island, SC beach. I search for and use shells that I find on the beach that already have a hole in them. Oysters are a gentle reminder to live in the present, giving our full attention to our immediate surroundings and to find contentment in that. Tourmaline carries the frequency of natural joy and beauty. Bamboo Coral represents resilience, strength, and adaptability. Clear Quartz is often referred to as the Master Healer, enhancing the qualities on the other stones. This mala is bringing lots of positive, joyful, strengthening energy.
