My mission now? Build stronger bones by taking charge—and keep moving forward, literally and figuratively. I’m exploring medication options, increasing my strength-training regimen, and maximizing calcium- and vitamin D-rich foods.

Follow my journey—and if you’re navigating something similar, please share your story too. We’re stronger together.
