It can be overwhelming to always look at "the bigger picture". When you think about everything that has to be done it can make you feel hopeless that you can ever do it all. Then, you say "what's the point of even starting"

Decide that:

When you are overlooked, under appreciated, de-valued, and ridiculed, more than likely it's not because you're "less than"
See, it's easy to be manipulated into believing that you are exactly what they say you are...
Think about this...if people actually thought you weren't going to make it in life, they would more likely, motivate you.....If they really thought you were unattractive, they would more likely try to boost yourself esteem......if they truly feel you were less fortunate than them...they would more likely feel sorry for you.
When they talk about you, bring you down, count you out, call you out for "thinking you're all that" and going out of their way to convince you you're not going to make it or trying to make their life out to be so much better than yours........
It's not because they actually believe those things...what they are really trying to say is you ARE all that and they are envious of YOUR situation. They don't understand how you get the attention you get or how you keep advancing in ways they wish they could.
They dont want you to realize the threat that they recognize in you! They best way to control a person is to break them down mentally. Don't be tricked, YOU ARE THE TREAT! 🍬🍫🍭 .

Fear is disabling meaning you are no longer able to function in that space of heightened fear. *
People don't travel out of fear, people don't get in relationships out of fear, people don't apply for their dream job out of fear. People don't live, out of fear.

Conquer those things that cripple you by allowing yourself to do what scares you. The more you expose yourself to things that scare you.....the less scary they become 😁

It seems easy but relaxing isn't always an easy thing to do. Sometimes we think we're relaxed because we're laying down or we put our phone on silent but if the thoughts in our head persist then we can become anxious, upset, sad, angry, and irritated ALL WHILE RELAXING.

To truly relax you must clear your mind. Some things that may help is medication, calming music with no words, aroma therapy, yoga, jogging, deep sleep, hypnosis and deep breathing exercises.

Are you getting adequate rest?
Laying down helps your body rest but did you know if you don't rest your mind you will continue to feel tired, anxious, stressed and even sad when you wake up.
Thinking and processing a situation, thought or emotion is not a bad thing; it's actually healthy. However, it becomes unhealthy when its obsessive and prevents you from getting sufficient rest.
When it is time to rest, do just that. Put your phone on silent, turn off the tv, practice calming techniques and REST.

How many times have you questioned "why is this happening to me"?

You've been hurt, lied on, accused, betrayed, abused and neglected and more than likely by those closest to you. Of course you feel like giving up.

But what if I told you that life doesn't have to end there...what if I told you, your past does not dictate your potential. What if i told you someone you haven't met is depending on you to make it through you situation!

⚠️Communication seems to be the biggest barrier to healthy interactions with other people.

People say they want honesty but when presented with a truth they don't want to hear, they either explode or shut down.

People think because they ignore someone and don't respond that they are somehow being nice or avoiding conflict when it's actually very passive aggressive and toxic.

Everyone has emotions and they are not always positive. It's nearly impossible to be in a lasting relationship, friendship, or partnership where it's only safe to be happy and any other emotion shown could ruin everything.

Being able to communicate properly is a skill that has to be learned and practiced.
