🍂 It's November, and we know many folks are out tackling those last big fall projects—raking, trimming, and getting ready for the holidays. Is your back yelling at you after racking the whole yard?? You're not alone! Twisting and bending while lifting heavy bags of leaves is a recipe for strain.

📖 NERD ALERT: A big culprit of low back pain and one that is often overlooked....are the hamstrings! When the hamstrings are always tight, they pull on the pelvis. They can cause you to round your back when you bend over to pick something up (like that heavy bag of leaves!) and puts a lot of tension on the muscles in the lower back, which can lead to muscle strain and compression between the joints. This stretch can help!
