Our dear friend and Rabbi from Chabad of Gwinnett honored our home yesterday with the powerful and deeply spiritual blast of the Shofar in celebration of Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. The sacred sound of the Shofar serves as a call to awakening, self-reflection, and new beginnings.

This magnificent instrument; a Shofar crafted from a ram’s horn carries over 2,000 years of tradition and meaning.

Friday’s Ageless Adventures took us to Country Town, where we embraced the spirit of the Wild West (and the South!) in full western style!

We were treated to the uplifting sounds of live music by Rev. Stephen Streett, filling the air with joy.

A very adventuerous few also joined in the fun as we tried our hand at a new dice game, Left, Right, Center (LRC). Sweet laughter echoed all around as we learned and played together!

Thursday’s Ageless Adventures took us on a journey across the globe & in so many fun and creative ways!

We proved that you’re never too old to learn something new! Ms. Barbara has been teaching Mr. Dan (and a few others!) how to master Sudoku…one puzzle at a time.

We also showed off our TEAM SPIRIT by dressing up in our favorite sports team colors and gear. The energy was high, and it’s clear: team spirit lives here every day!

Our stamp puzzle sparked an incredible adventure as we traveled from the jungles of Nigeria and birdwatching in Colombia, to whale spotting in the Falkland Islands and cuddling with koalas in Australia. What a wild ride!

Fat Tuesday Adventure!!
From the spirited sounds of “When the Saints Go Marching In” to the crowning of our very own King Richard, Tuesday’s Ageless Adventures was a celebration to remember! The Riverboat Jazz Band lit up the room with lively Louisiana tunes and captivating stories from the bayou.

Our talented kitchen crew served up a true taste of New Orleans with delicious jambalaya and a dazzling King Cake that delighted our taste buds as much as our Mardi Gras outfits dazzled the eye!

A big thank you to our friends Agape Hospice (Kevin) for providing a fantastic selection of festive costume wear! We couldn’t do it all without your parrtnership!

One of Monday’s Ageless Adventures took us back to the fabulous ’50s, where we sang along to the timeless hits of Elvis Presley. On a sizzling summer day, we cooled off with delicious, frosty Coke Floats…just like the ones we used to enjoy on trips to the general store. It was a sweet blast from the past, filled with music, laughter, and refreshing memories.
