April’s theme is SOFTEN.. and honestly, we all need it right now.

Every Friday in April I’m dropping a new guided flow on YouTube, and I picked each one with intention along with albums to flow to while practicing.

We’re coming back to the mat, releasing what’s stored in the hips, practicing for q***r bodies, and holding space for the highly sensitive ones.

I can’t believe it’s been 5 years since the start of Xude Yoga on YouTube, and we are BACK with a full body reset yoga video out now 🧚🏽‍♀️✨

Need a quick escape from stress? This 20-minute full-body yoga reset is the perfect antidote.

Designed to help you let go of physical tension and mental overload, it’s ideal for any time you’re feeling off-balance. We’ll work gently through the entire body from your neck and shoulders to your hips and spine inviting calm into every breath and every pose.

This is your space to reconnect, release, and recharge.

Please be gentle with your body during this practice, and find your flow at your own pace.

Hey Houston! Join on October 28th for a gentle outdoor yoga flow assisted by ✨

This is a playful and beginner-friendly practice designed to tap into deep stretches, mindful breathing, and healing sounds. This practice includes a community check in and adjustments made according to your body’s needs.

This session is 100% donation-based and welcomes anyone who signs up. Feel free to donate to help contribute to our expansion.

Location will be sent to you after signing up.

Please bring a mat, water, and any tools needed to help deepen your personal yoga practice.

Missed me? Because I missed y’all like CRAZY!

If I have to be completely honest, I’ve been self-sabotaging by stepping away from Xude Yoga over and over again these past couple of years.

I got lost in chaos, and didn’t know how to show up for you all with these practices while also healing in real time.

Then I realized.. the real healing work happens within pain and chaos.

I was afraid to say too much or too little on the internet, but now I’m ready to tell my story little by little.

We all deserve to share our authentic experience in ways + spaces that feel safe.

So… things will be a bit different moving forward.

We will be posting on YouTube every Monday and going live on YouTube every Friday starting May 6th! All offerings are donation-based.

I will also be dropped a link to our Substack, a social blogging/email network that focuses on building community, so we can further connect outside of YouTube and Instagram (click the linktree link in bio and tap Substack to subscribe)

I can’t wait for you all to experience what’s to come in the new era of Xude Yoga.
