1st Response Medic Services

Although 1st RMS provides 1st-Aid, our staff, are trained to the level of an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), and/or Emergency Medical Technician/Paramedic (EMT/P). All are more than qualified and have a wealth of experience in the area of pre-hospital care.

1st RMS is not an ambulance company (although we have agreements with several providers, should you require that level of care) and we do not have transport capabilities. We do, however, provide qualified personnel, experienced in the recognition of serious injuries and illnesses and the equipment necessary to establish initial care and treatment (hence, 1st Response Medic). Then, should we recognize the need for additional or advanced care, the local Emergency Medical Service is contacted, via the 911 SYSTEM, for transport while we continue to administer 1st-Aid in an effort to reduce or halt additional illnesses or injury.

1st RMS can also, upon request, provide your organization with 4 wheelchairs. Additional wheelchairs can be provided at a cost of $25.00 per chair.

1st RMS will provide our staff with a black, polo type shirt with our insignia (1st RMS) embroidered on the left chest and the word MEDIC across the shirt back.
