Y’all really out here acting like competence has an expiration date based on who handed you a diploma.

Let’s do some math real quick.

MD path:
👉 ~8 years training
👉 ~16,000–22,000 clinical hours before independent practice

Respect. No argument.

Now let’s talk about some of us on the other side—

👉 Started touching patients in the 90s
👉 Still doing it TODAY
👉 That’s **75,000–90,000+ hours of actual patient care**

Not simulated.
Not supervised forever.
Not “one day you’ll be ready.”

**READY. FOR. DECADES.**

Because clearly:
