MY STORY
Each and every one of my products comes from natural resources, all of which have healing and rejuvenating properties. My products are made with organic ingredients, simply formulated without alcohol, dyes, parabens, artificial fragrances or phthalates. Some of the ingredients used consist of high grade essential oils, dead sea mineral salts and organic wild crafted oils.
Being in the Health, Wellness & Fitness Industry since 1989 as a Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor & Reiki Master/Teacher, I have found that using products with naturally occurring ingredients is one major factor in living a healthy lifestyle.
Initially, I created these products for my own use. While I have always been athletic & energetic, I have battled a weakened immune system my whole life. In 2000, I moved to California. My health problems followed. I realized that not only do I have to keep my body clean and healthy on the Inside, but what about the things I was putting on the outside of my body?
I needed to pinpoint the cause of all the ups and downs with my health so I started to do some detective work. I researched all the chemicals in my personal-care products. Little did I know that all the toxic chemicals I was putting on my skin could cause such an upset.
