Offering vinyasa style yoga classes Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30pm at the Hobbs Community Center. Please check out the Pelham parks and rec dept web page for more info or call 603-635-2721. This is an active style yoga class offering traditional yoga poses fused with fitness for an amazing mind body workout. All levels welcome as we listen to our bodies and work at our own pace..

Registrations are being accepted for the next session of Yoga beginning Monday, February 21, 2022...6:30pm-7:30pm at Hobbs Community Center. (Monday only, Wednesday only or Mon/Wednesday classes). Adult Yoga class will be offered once again beginning Monday, February 21 - April 20, 2022. You may chose a Monday, Wednesday or Monday & Wednesday classes. This class is an active, alignment focused yoga class combining strength building poses linked with graceful vinyasas. Students will explore deep stretches and breath work. Mon class is $80/participant, Wed class is $80, Mon-Wed class is $160/participant. Classes will be held at 6:30-7:30 pm/Hobbs CC, 8 Nashua Rd. Pelham. Bring a floor mat & water bottle. Register at pelhamnh.recdesk.com, call 635-2721 or stop by our Village Green office where we are always happy to assist you!
There will be one more session before the end of the school year.

Our next yoga session starts Monday! Sign up for one or both nights. This is active vinyasa/hatha style of yoga. Meaning we will be flowing and holding poses. All levels welcome however participants should be able to move with ease from their mats to standing.
