Thank you to all who joined Wednesday night’s Group Biofield Tuning Session. We worked on the LEFT FOOT which is about moving forward and can hold energies around feeling stuck in an unhealthy or toxic job, relationship, situation, or thought pattern.
Here are the energies that presented themselves:
*An image of a ferris wheel. A pattern keeps happening over and over and you can’t get off the wheel. A feeling that things are sn*******ng and not being able to stop this pattern.
*Feelings of frustration, anger, hopelessness.
*Sometimes you can feel that you deserve what keeps happening to you. “Is it Karma?” “Did I do something wrong?” Self-judgement, self-blame.
*Every time this pattern surfaces is an opportunity a find the lesson in the situation, What is the gold nugget of wisdom that I can take from the situation?
*A feeling of people looking in from the outside and judging you. Guilt and shame.
*Beating yourself up…why do I keep doing this? I should have known.
*Having compassion and grace for yourself.
*Seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and thinking “what if?”. Inviting in new possibilities. Starting to dream again and shifting the thought processes to open space for new things to come in.
*Opening up to joy and love again. These patterns can weigh us down and drag us into despair or depression.
*Sometimes we get so into the situation that we can’t see outside of it. There are possibilities we can't see right now. Invite them in.
*Isolation. When we are stuck, we can feel overwhelmed and withdraw and not seek out friends or help.
*Pigheadedness, stubbornness in dealing with situations. Sometimes pride can get in the way. Learning to compromise.
*A sense of freedom. What would it look and feel like to resolve these patterns? What would it feel like in your body? What emotions would you feel if this pattern was resolved?
