Em and Dee's Designs is a homemade craft company started in 2015. The company is run by Diane Johnson Tarzia, who has been crafting for the last 50 years. The company began because Diane wanted to provide quality goods to people who did not want to give just average gifts or have average items in their homes. en her mother, Emily, otherwise known as, Em, had her own craft shop in the 1960's. Diane specializes in diaper cakes, gift baskets, personalized items, etc. Her crafting began because she would make these items for baby showers, wedding gifts, and birthdays. To her surprise, the popularity grew and soon family and friends were asking for her to make them. She then decided that she wanted to spread the love of homemade items to the wider public. Since then, she has opted to also create custom orders so that people can get items that are meaningful and memorable to them. Diane does not do this for the money, in fact, she does it for the love of crafting. Any money that she makes goes to support her daughter, who has a disability, in order to help her gain her independence and follow her dreams.
