My name is Darra and I believe what we eat truly impacts our health and well-being. I love to bake and wanted to be able to provide baked goods with only the best organic ingredients. Organic unbleached flour, pastured organic eggs, grass-fed dairy, etc and I will never use seed oils. I can accommodate allergens, but please note I am not a dedicated gluten-free home. I do have a regular job as well, so availability is limited. Organic ingredients do cost more, so my prices will reflect that.

Happy 50th Birthday to Lisa!!! 🍸

I was extremely nervous about this cake as it was my first time piping a vintage style and the spilled martini look. Very happy with how it turned out and now excited to do more in the future!

This is a three 8” layer lemon cake with raspberry filling. Vanilla buttercream with different shades of pink using natural dyes. Chocolate ganache for the “spilled martini.”

Happy Mother’s Day Everyone!!!

My birthday was this past Friday. Since 2 of 3 kids were not able to be home Friday night, I decided to celebrate today. This is my birthday cake. I’ve always wanted to try decorating a cake like this but didn’t want to experiment on a paying customer. I love how this turned out. I see the mistakes, but I’ll never be perfect and can only get better. Just 3 years ago I paid someone to make a cake like this for me (thank you Kelly).

This is a three 8” layer gluten free lemon cake with raspberry filling and cream cheese frosting.

I hope all you ladies are having a wonderful day. No matter what type of mother you are. I’m truly blessed with 3 wonderful children and a bonus daughter that is now a mother herself.
