Smash cake for Clara was gluten free strawberry cake with vanilla buttercream frosting. Dyed a pale pink using all natural dyes.

I have a sign for the bakery in my yard. I often wonder if anyone looks at it. Today I got a text from Jamie, whose parents live in my neighborhood. She’s visiting from out of town and her husband saw my sign. She needed gluten free cupcakes by 2pm and luckily I had these flavors in my freezer. She ordered more for Sunday. Love when I’m able to accommodate last minute requests.
