It's been a tough year in many ways, but there's been a lot of lessons and growth, too.✨️🫶

Two of the best things I did for myself is;
I started a journaling practice (at least twice a week) with the Rosebud app.
Also, I tried to move my body, rather it be some yoga or going for a 10 min walk every day.

Habits take a while to get used to but when they're realistic and you dont give up on yourself, it can be so powerful!
*I wasn't able to feel like the aformentioned habits were my 'routine' until about August!!...and I still have days where I cant do it. There has to be a balance!**
Don't let one or two mess up days make you think you've thrown off the whole course..you've got this!

Here are some wonderful ways to be more gentle with yourself this year as you set your goals, reframe your mindset and make 2025 a better year than the last.

Yin Yoga is a slow paced meditative experience that focuses on passive stretching and holds for extended periods of time . Yin is practiced seated and laying on the floor for the entire class (chairs welcome)
Sound Bowls are played during class to promote deep relaxation and healing through sound vibrations .
