In my 11 years of practice, I've found that when you start with the body everythig else falls into place. You have a lot on your plate – work demands, family commitments, social obligations. Of course, you are stressed! Whether your goal is getting back to the gym, relieving pain, aches, and tension, or sitting on the floor to play with your kids, yoga therapy can help. Using the tools of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation, we’ll tap into your body. I’m going to ask a lot of questions during our sessions so that I can better understand what is happening and let your body direct the session. With one-on-one, individualized attention, I will help you find safe yoga postures and ranges of motion for your body. We’ll explore what you can’t do and start with what you can. Story time! Back in 2016 I taught happy hour yoga at Rootstock Cider. My mom and I found it on a lazy sunday when the tasting room was brand new and it just felt so cozy that yoga had to be done there. As I moved into deeper awareness and more of the therapeutic side of yoga, I moved away from yoga + alcohol, and frankly so did a lot of the community.

However, when everyone was posting their 2016 throwback pics, Rootstock reached out to see if I would teach and the timing made me laugh so here we are.
