Good Morning! Our Vimeo subscription page is growing! We are uploading videos and new group classes almost every week. This is a helpful reference to have if you travel a lot or can't make it to class. The subscription is $9.99 plus tax.

This has been a huge goal of ours to have this up and running. We can't thank our amazing intern, Bailee, enough for doing the ground work to get it live! Our subscription page for our follow along videos is live! If you travel a lot, this is a great option for you to have with you. Follow along with our full group classes or pick and choose which ELDOAs you need for the moment. More videos and classes coming!

BIG NEWS!! We now have our pay subscription site up and running! Thank you to everyone that has supported us and helped us make this a reality. Thank you to our awesome intern, Bailee, for doing all the ground work to get the site created! We knew what we wanted to do but didn't really now how to get it going. We have all of out spine ELDOAs up and a couple full recording of our group classes for you to follow along to. It is highly suggested that you have experienced a group class or a private session before following along with these videos. That will help you understand how to be moving and do the exercises properly. If you have any questions or feedback for us, let us know! We have a lot more planned for the site but for now, ITS ALIVE! :)

Physical Therapists, personal trainers, strength coaches, and ATCs … our gym is hosting our mentor, Bryce Turner, as he teaches ELDOA lvl 1/2 next weekend October 26-27. This is one of the best modalities we’ve ever used to help our clients relieve their back pain and correct spine alignment issues. You can use this class for continuing education for your certifications. I’ve used it for both of mine. If you’re interested please reach out or sign up in the link below. We are doing a golf workshop Friday the 25th from 8-12 which will be followed by lunch at McGuires and then a 9 holes of golf at Marcus Pointe (not included in the workshop price). We look forward to seeing you there!
