More women than I can count have told me even though they have triumphed over adversity, trauma, and abuse 💪
and are fully ready to create the life of their dreams...
They no longer know what that life should (or could) look like for them. 🤷♀️
After living life solely to make others happy, they struggle to decipher their true identity from their people pleasing persona.
And I absolutely relate to that story...
When I was finally able to pick myself up off the floor and began rebuilding my life after leaving my abusive marriage in 2015, I experienced a full blown existential crisis for nearly 3 years! 🥴
I thought everything was going to be easy once I was free, but what I hadnt realized was little by little my identity had been stripped away.
I had to go back to the beginning, back to who I truly am to rebuild from a place of authenticity and joy! 🌸🦄💛
In 2019 I founded HypeGirl™️ to help individuals, who have had their victory and snatched back their lives from their opressors,
begin building the future they desire.
During our time together everyone built the confidence to take up space, ask their crush out on a date, start new hobbies, and chase dreams they hadnt thought possible since their days of childhood naivety. 😻🤸♀️🥳
When we started they all expressed feeling unworthy, undesirable and fed up!
Confused with who they were and who they wanted to be,
still denying themselves the right to happiness.
But after just a short time together they began to feel lit the f**k up about life again ☄
Illuminated from the inside out and so elated, we had reports of their infectious joy oozing onto others they came into contact with!
