A huge thank you to Candace Rorrer Essentially Fit strength training with Candace for pushing me and helping me get stronger as I prepared for the Life’s a Dance charity event, benefiting children in Escambia County.

Most of us dancers started with little to no experience, but wow—everyone showed up and showed out! This community is full of amazing talent, and it was such an honor to be part of it.

If you’re looking for an experienced personal trainer who truly knows how to motivate and transform, I can’t recommend Candace enough! She offers small group classes, one-on-one training, and even has her own fitness app.
