Join us every Wednesday at 6 PM for our free weekly drop-in meditation group at Empathic Practice. Led by local meditator Stephen Mack, these sessions take a practical, down-to-earth approach to mindfulness—helping you cultivate awareness, reduce stress, and enhance your well-being.

No experience needed. No cost to attend. Just an open mind and a willingness to pause, breathe, and reconnect. 🌿

Each session includes a guided meditation, talk, and discussion, creating a welcoming space for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

It’s about you

Empathic Practice was organized in 2018 to partner experience staff with like-minded patients to achieve healthy lifestyles by using a multidisciplinary holistic approach including wellness, meditation, mindfulness, and massage combined, when appropriate, with medical ma*****na recommendations.

All the staff members at Empathic Practice have faced medical and psychological challenges for which we have used nontraditional resources for best results. From these experiences, we feel that traditional pharmaceuticals are not the answer and, in reality, maybe the problem for many patients. We think that any medication is no more than 25% of the treatment of any chronic problem. From your first days with Empathic Practice, you will see our focus on mindfulness and use of practices to enhance mental clarity and wellness. This is our difference.

Each of our staff members has training and practical experience in their area of specialization.
