PHYSIQUE UPDATE
This past year has been a beautiful, messy, transformative ride. After having my baby girl, my body has changed—softer, rounder, and yes, “fluffier”—but I’m learning to give myself grace.
Some days I crush a workout. Other days I’m just trying to remember to eat a vegetable between diaper changes and baby love. I scroll and see other moms getting leaner, and I’ve caught myself comparing. But truth is—this is my phase of life. And I’m proud to be here, showing up in this body, in this moment.
I will get back to prioritizing my health and movement—not out of punishment, but out of love. Not to chase a “snapback,” but to reclaim the strength I know is still within me.
Most of all, I want to raise a daughter who knows her body is valuable for what it can do, not just what it looks like. My body is not my worth. And neither is yours.
Let’s be strong, happy women—not just fit ones.
