As 2024 comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on the journey that this year has been. It has undoubtedly been the hardest year for me in business. I’ve had to make difficult decisions, set healthier boundaries, and navigate challenges that pushed me to grow in ways I never expected.

This year marks my fourth year as a business owner, but I’ve been in the aesthetics industry for 15 years, working tirelessly to get to where I am today. Building a brand and creating a studio that I’m proud of has been no small feat. When I first started, there were maybe just a couple of places to work in the field of aesthetics, and I could never have imagined how much the industry would grow.

Looking back, the road has been tough, but it’s been worth every step. I’ve had to work hard, learn hard, and sometimes fail hard—but through it all, I’ve managed to create something that I can be proud of. At the end of the day, that’s all that truly matters to me: knowing that I’ve made it this far, built something lasting, and continued to evolve.

Here’s to the next chapter, and to all the lessons this year has taught me.
