M&E is booking consultations and birth doula services for 2023. Here’s a snapshot of the basic birth doula package.
💫FREE consultation. Let’s meet!! We can chat over Zoom or FaceTime or we can meet up in person. I can give you a more comprehensive explanation of my services and see if I’d be the best option for you.
💫Prenatal visits give us a dedicated time to create birth plan specific to your preferences and desires. We get to practice various types of comfort measures we may choose to use in labor. I can provide education and evidence based resources on a number of topics. And we spend some time preparing for postpartum!
💫Birth! Physical and emotional support for you and partner all throughout labor and birth.
💫Postpartum support immediately after baby arrives. I stay with you up to 3 hours. We’ll also schedule a time for me to return about 1-2 weeks later to process you birth. I’ll provide other postpartum duties that you request or need in the time that I’m there.
