October… you were a lot. 😅 From glute days that had me questioning my life choices 🍑 to long walks that turned into therapy sessions, it was a month full of growth, grounding, and gratitude.

We also made a trip to San Diego to take our sweet pup Rockets ashes to the beach — he never got to see the ocean while he was here, so it felt like the perfect full-circle moment. 🌊🐾 Emotional, but healing in the best way.

Between client wins, early mornings, late night football practices & games, and a few too many pumpkin spice moments, I’m wrapping this month up feeling stronger — physically and mentally. 💪

November, I’m coming in hot — a little softer, a little sassier, and a whole lot more focused.

Finding My Fall Flow 🌿

That in-between season where life finally slows down just enough to breathe again 💛

The mornings are cooler, the days are shorter, and I can feel my routine shifting — fewer “go-go-go” days and more “what actually feels good for me right now?” moments.

For me, that looks like morning walks with Hunter, slowing down my workouts just a bit, getting back into meal prep, and actually enjoying the process instead of rushing through it.

Sometimes the reset doesn’t happen on a Monday… it happens when you finally decide to stop running on autopilot and start creating a rhythm that supports where you are now.

Here’s to new routines, slower mornings, and feeling grounded heading into November.
