Finally we have our SPRING MERCH drop! Preorders are live for the next 9ish days.

We have quite the variety: two of our favorite shirt styles that you begged us to bring back include the cap sleeve tank from Bella Canvas and the vintage wash boxy tee from LAT. Whether it’s a tank, a tee or any of the other items, there are some fun new colors and styles capturing the essence of the brighter spring days and early summer evenings.

Orders are open from now until May 2.

After an injury or period of rehabilitation, being cleared by your physical therapist is an exciting milestone. Pilates can be a wonderful next step in rebuilding strength and confidence in your body.

Pilates focuses on controlled movement, core stability, alignment, and mobility, helping you reconnect with muscles that support healthy movement patterns. With thoughtful instruction and intentional pacing, it can help improve strength, balance, and body awareness as you transition back into activity.
