With all the Pilates happening at Willow Lane you probably think yoga is lost in the shuffle. Our yoga classes are the perfect way to start your day with an intention of encouragement and movement to start your day out in the best way possible.

Can't make a class during the day? No worries, join the early bird crew at 5:30 AM. Not an early riser? We have a mid day class at 10 AM on Wednesdays and evening classes on Sundays and Thursdays.

Check out what our client, Susie O. has to say about her first ever Willow Lane retreat experience:

"I wanted to share my experience at my first retreat with Amy and Amber. Amy has a gift to pick and share verses from the Bible that we can use in our daily lives. On our retreat she led us on 'Our Sacred Pathways.' The scriptures that she chose were of the pathways that we are using in our lives.

My pathway might not be the same as the others in the group, but I was able to tweak mine so my outcome would be better for me. Yes we had fellowship! We prayed together and I met wonderful new women that I now call my friends.

The hiking was breathtaking and the canoeing was challenging for me because we canoed in a cave. I took a deep breath and gave it to God then I could go into the cave. Again two more memorable experiences! Let me tell you the food was AMAZING!! Amy brings her own chef. Then Amber gives you the spa experience with a massage. It was wonderful to get pampered. Thank you to Amy, Amber and the chef for making the retreat something I will never forget!"

Sometimes we just don't know where to begin because there are so many choices for classes. Don't worry, we have a great place for you to begin...POP UP PILATES.

Whether you're brand new to Pilates or you are a seasoned participant, it's always great to move your body.

Take a mat class, a reformer class, or both with one of our Trainees on Friday, February 27 with classes offered at 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM. $5 for a 45 minute class, purchase and book through our app.
