Awarded the Purple Heart, Brad carries this honor with solemn pride. It represents more than a medal—it marks a moment of sacrifice, a chapter of resilience, and a lifetime of service that will never be forgotten.

We’re proud to have helped Brad secure his own copy of the article, a reminder of his story and the legacy he continues to carry. For those who’ve given all, and those who continue to serve, this is for them. 💜

We had a peachy good time today! 🍑 Our residents baked up buttery sugar cookies stuffed with peachy perfection—so good, you could taste the sunshine. There was plenty of mixing, laughing, and maybe a little “quality control” taste-testing along the way. One bite, and you’ll swear summer’s never been sweeter!

💜 One umbrella. One community. One purpose.
The campaign brings together Spectrum Retirement senior living communities to raise Alzheimer’s awareness through art. Each Artbrella is hand-crafted by residents and supports Alzheimer's Association in their mission to end Alzheimer’s.

Palos Verdes Senior Living created our umbrella, inspired by Independent Living resident Michealina “Mickey” Ferris and her deep love for butterflies, which she calls “hellos from heaven.” Her design is filled with symbols of joy, beauty, and happiness—a vibrant reflection of the comfort and connection that nature brings. Every brushstroke is a tribute to the small signs that remind us we’re never alone.

Each month, we come together to celebrate our residents with cake, ice cream, games, and lots of laughs. This May, we had the honor of celebrating two residents who turned 103 years young! 🥳

It was a day filled with joy, connection, and of course, unforgettable memories. A big Happy Birthday to all our May celebrants! We’re lucky to share this journey of life with you.

We had the ultimate Arizona afternoon filled with everything fun under the sun—live music, an ice cream bar, tie-dye t-shirts, yard games for the kiddos, and yes… baby goats that stole the show! 🎨🍦👕

Families joined residents for a dip in the courtyard pool, laughter echoed through the yard games, and the creative spirit was alive at the tie-dye station. With perfect weather and even better company, this was one unforgettable day of connection and celebration.
