Have you ever been afraid? Afraid to commit? To pull the trigger? Excuses. I'll start tomorrow. I'm there often too! You aren't alone. 10 more days till I do something I'm abs terrified to do. I step on stage, for the first time. As a 36 year old woman. Be it I crash and burn, I went and did the one thing I've always wanted to. The only person I can hold accountable is myself. This is a very special certification for me. I do not spend hours doing abs in the gym. I do not dedicate a day for "abs" I got this certification in hopes to show my clients how important nutrition is. It isn't a lie when they say "abs are made in the kitchen."
