This may be an “oils” page, but I believe that there are many other areas that are important to a healthy lifestyle. Eating clean whole foods is one of the most important things you can do to become and remain healthy. All the oils and exercise and other lifestyle changes in the world will never compensate for putting junk into your body day after day. To be honest, essential oils is one of the last things I have added to my life that is helping me lead a cleaner and less toxic lifestyle. I know that God created us and He is not going to leave us without the tools necessary to care for ourselves. I encourage every one of you to study and do your own research regarding your health. Don’t do something because I said so or your doctor said so or a friend told you. What might be right for me could be different than what is right for you.
