‼️FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS – ATHLETES ‼️

Taylor County High School in community partnership with Doctors' Memorial Hospital are jointly excited to offer FREE sports physicals for all student-athletes!

Thank you DMH Administrators, Providers, Medical Personnel, and Support Staff for continuing to selflessly serve and give back to the community!

Date: Thursday, April 23, 2026
📍 Location: TCHS Gymnasium
⏰ Time: 4:45 PM – 7:00 PM

*A parent or guardian MUST be present at the time of the physical.

💥 New State Law: EKG REQUIRED 💥
The non-profit organization “Who We Play For” will be conducting the EKG portion of the physicals.
For this part you must REGISTER on their site AHEAD OF TIME! Scan the QR code on the flyer for the link.

✅ IMPORTANT DETAILS:
*Physical packets with all required FHSSA & School forms will be available for pickup starting Monday, April 20th during school hours. Pick up your packet at the TCHS front attendance window. Paperwork must be completed to get in line on the day of the event.

This is a great opportunity to get cleared for the upcoming season at no cost—don’t miss it!

Madison was nominated by a patient’s family for the exceptional care she provided during a very difficult time. They shared that she went above and beyond to treat their father with compassion, remaining calm, professional, attentive, and reassuring throughout a stressful situation.
