Governor DeWine has put a temporary pause (90 days) on all h**p products that contain THC (like Delta-8 and other “intoxicating h**p” items).

What this means for you:

You won’t see THC h**p products on our shelves or online during this time.

All of your favorite non-THC h**p and CBD items are still available as usual.

This pause starts October 14, 2025 and is scheduled to last 90 days (unless the state makes changes).

We know this is frustrating (trust us, we feel it too 💚). But we’re following the rules and will keep you updated as soon as anything changes.

👉 Good news: You can still shop all our CBD, wellness, and h**p goodies without interruption!
