👟 Choosing the right shoes makes all the difference!

In this pic, you’ll see my two go-to pairs:
➡️ My running shoes — light cushioning, perfect for jogging and group fitness.
➡️ My low-profile trainers — minimal support for heavy lifting days.

Each pair serves a purpose, and knowing when to replace them is key.
I swap out my running shoes about every 6 months (sooner if my feet start to ache — that’s always my sign they’re ready to retire).
The lifting shoes last longer since they don’t take the same pounding.

👣 Your shoes protect more than your feet — they support your posture, joints, and performance.
Pay attention to the signs: worn soles, flat cushioning, or aches = time for an upgrade. If you’ve been thinking about it, you’re over due-take this as your sign: invest in your feet!

Spin class tonight! After an amazing relaxing vacation I’m ready to get back in the saddle and go for a ride 🚴‍♀️
