We had the honor of co-facilitate a day retreat for an amazing group of 50 Behavior Healthcare professionals yesterday from throughout the state of Michigan. We provided them with educational opportunities to learn about ways to regulate the nervous system through modalities such as tapping, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and prompts to help encourage presence and gratitude while journaling. We ended our time with a healing sound bath, which only one person had ever experienced before. Their feedback afterwards was so moving and many of them plan to make sound bathing a regular part of their self care regimen ✨ Thank you to the School-Community Health Alliance of Michigan for allowing us to hold space for this wonderful group of souls 🫶🏽

Our Girl Ava… holding it down last night at our CommUnity Sound Healing Journey 💗 She amazes me every time we play together with just how intuitive she is and how much she trusts herself. With that I will say, we have some very exciting things coming up that we can’t wait to share with you all when the time is right.. stay tuned! What a gift is was to share space when 26 souls last night as we slowed down and reconnected in mind•body•spirit 🤍

I wear and dance in red in honor of all of our murdered and missing Indigenous women and girls 🍓 In many tribes, red is known to be the only color spirits can see. By wearing red, we hope to call back the missing spirits of our woman and children.

May 5th is the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Native Women and Girls. In some communities, native woman face murder rates over 10x higher than the national average. Indigenous woman are also over 2x more likely to experience domestic violence. Stop stealing our sisters ✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽

We had such a wonderful time in McMillian this past weekend facilitating a Sound Bath✨ We managed to squeezed 19 sweet souls into the space. The experience from our end was pretty magical. Being that close together gave an extremely powerful angle to witnessing the journey our clients traveled during the session. Then listening to them share their experiences afterwards always feels like such a gift. ✨

We had such a beautiful evening shared with a room full of amazing kwewok (women) this past Sunday. The energy was strong and the sound carried us away to a safe space of peace and deep relaxation ✨🤍✨ It was a big night as my daughter Ava made her Sound Bath debut! She has been practicing with me for years and has a set of bowl of her own. She definitely has a natural grace with them and it was a dream to finally play together for others ✨ We will be hosting another Community Sound Healing Journey on Sunday, May 5th @ 7pm!
