In October 2024, I was at my heaviest weight — 178 lbs. I felt uncomfortable in my own skin and knew I needed a change. In January 2025, I decided to truly commit to myself and my health.
Fast forward to October 2025: I’m now 132.8 lbs! That’s over 45 lbs lost — but more importantly, I’ve gained confidence, discipline, and self-love. 💖
This journey has taught me that progress doesn’t happen overnight. It’s about consistency, small steps every day, and not giving up when it gets hard. The girl in the first picture was strong too — but she was ready for a change. The girl in the second picture is living proof that when you believe in yourself, amazing things happen.
If you’re just starting out: don’t wait for the “perfect time.” Start today. Show up for yourself. Your future self will thank you. 💪
