Boring habits that actually work for long-term health aren’t flashy, but they’re the reason some people make progress and others keep starting over.

As a registered dietitian, I see this all the time. It’s not the detox, the supplement, or the “new plan.”
It’s the boring stuff:
• eating enough protein most days
• cooking at home more often
• strength training consistently
• moving your body daily
• planning meals (even loosely)
• sleeping like it matters
Not exciting. Very effective.
