Hops and Lavender tincture & Raspberry Leaf tincture is ready! Comes in a 30ml glass bottle. Hops & Lavender are nervine herbs. They relax the nervous system. So the suggested use are for anxiety, stress, insomnia, restlessness. Hops is also a natural sedative. This particular tincture has been infusing for almost 3 months so it's very potent. Recommend dosage is 30-60 drops or 1-2 dropper fulls. At increase if needed. Can be taken in 2-4 ounces of liquid. Raspberry leaf is a uterine tonic or Woman's herb. Just threw together some fresh herbs and fruits will make a good tea or air freshener!! What herb is this ?? It starting growing out of my pot one day.. guess there were some seeds of this herb buried deep inside the compost. Dog Fennel! The common name refers to the fennel-like odor, which dogs appear to enjoy. Essential oils of Dog-fennel have shown activity as an insecticide and antifungal agent; leaves have been used to repel mosquitoes and juice from the plant extracted to treat bites of reptiles and insects.
