I have scoliosis and disc issues, inflammation blocking nerves and issues that are caused by these. I am coming off of a piriformis pull; I tore a ligament in my knee in September 2024; both injuries are working on performances. I have been falling over doing tendus, which is scary for a dancer! Suspicious that some of this is from overcompensating while recovering from injuries (and caused my balance and muscle-fascia-nerves coordination to crumble), I tried "making up" a "preparation for tendus".
Membership is free until at least March! Get this, and other practices now, things will change in December (membership will continue to be free, more upcoming)
