Hii friends 👋🏼. We've been a bit MIA online, but we've kept things moving on the mat and have made some shifts behind the scenes.

If you're looking to get back into your yoga practice or you're looking for a way to squeeze in some mat time amidst your busy schedule, we have 2 weekly online LIVE classes every Tuesday and Friday morning!!

We'll be posting the schedule every week right here, and we'll let you know of any changes.

Today is Mental Health Awareness Day.

While we should take care of our mental health everyday, we can use today as a reminder to be kind to everyone we meet and cross paths with, because you never know what someone is struggling with.

Mental health is such an important part of our overall health, and you should never feel ashamed for whatever you are battling with.

Give yourself grace and compassion as well as those around you, and make your mental health a priority.
