➳ Counseling
Our team provides individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. We offer a range of mental wellness programming to provide opportunities to improve your alignment towards your values, improve mental health, and to take mindful action to important decisions. Our approach to counseling and psychotherapy is grounded in love, honor, and respect. We are committed to co-creating opportunities for folx to work through pain, frustration, anger, and hope in navigating what it means to be Asian/Asian-American, and navigating varying intersections of identity. The goal of our work is to enhance mental wellness, foster a sense of belonging, and to cultivate the resilience of our community.

Mango Tree Counseling & Consulting Team provides consultation and training to programs, communities, and organizations that are interested in the intersection of race, class, gender, and sexuality. Our team has experience working with organizations and communities to create environments and culture that foster a sense of belonging, inclusivity, and empowerment.

Starting Tuesday, March 3, we’re offering a monthly SMART Recovery group grounded in CBT, ACT, and community support — for folks who want to make different, wiser choices in service of their health and values.

This is a BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and Allies-affirming space that recognizes recovery doesn’t happen in a vacuum — context matters, and so does choice.
