Diet Traps… featuring my actual traps 💪

You’re either “dialed in” on the perfect program…
or you’re face‑first in the snacks. This is NOT the way
One missed workout or off‑plan meal and it’s “screw it, I’ll start again Monday.”
2️⃣Diet Trap #2: The Extreme Fix
Keto. Fasting. Detox. 1,200 calories.
You white‑knuckle it for a few weeks, drop some weight, then real life shows up: work, kids, stress, travel.
The plan falls apart because it was never built for your actual life.
3️⃣Diet Trap #3: The Supplement Fantasy
TRT, peptides, fat burners, magic greens powders.
You keep hoping the next thing you buy will finally make it “easy,” while the basics (protein, fiber, sleep, steps) are still a mess.
4️⃣Diet Trap #4: “It’s too late for me”
You tell yourself your best days are behind you.
Metabolism, age, genetics… you name it.
So you stop trying, or you only half‑try and use that as proof that nothing works.

Here’s the truth:
I lost **70 lbs between 36 and 40**.
