Egg Whites CAN be a great ingredient for weight loss.
They're high in protein, low in calories.
BUT, when eating out cooks will add extra oil when cooking egg whites, because they stick to the pan like a bitch!
So instead, your best choice when eating out is poached eggs with a side of meat or cottage cheese. I do like to also get in some colorful fruit or veggies with breakfast!
