Today’s tool: MOVEMENT — specifically line dancing 💃🏽
I never need a reason to dance.
I’ll stop whatever I’m doing, anywhere I’m at, and break into a line dance, because when the music moves you, you move.
Line dancing has been my therapy for over 17 years.
It’s how I release stress, anxiety, frustration, and sadness.
It supports mental, emotional, and physical health, and when you add R&B music and community? That’s healing on another level.
