Hello. Thank you for stopping by. My name is Elaine Dillinger. I am a Certified Life Coach. A Reiki Master and an Energy Practitioner. I have spent years studying the Mind, Body, Soul connection. I have read dozens of books and I have attended several live events to learn from the best of the best in our industry.

My biggest teacher has been my life experiences. I am a survivor of childhood trauma, domestic violence, homelessness and living at a shelter with my babies. We moved 11 times during the years of raising my children. We became experts in change. Finding the ‘new normal’ in any given day was such a blessing.

For most of my life I was on autopilot and I became a master at problem solving and entering into chaos and quieting things down. All the while ignoring the still small voice whispering in my ear. In 1992 I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I work and serve to glorify Him. I created my Coaching business to help people who desire more. More from themselves and more out of life. I am here as a testimony to give you HOPE as it is the anchor to your Soul!
